Yes. InvoiceAdept sends you a notification before each recurring invoice is generated, giving you a window to adjust the line items or amounts if that particular period was different from your standard schedule. Outside of that window, the invoice sends automatically.
Recurring invoices work like any other invoice in InvoiceAdept. If a payment is not received by the due date, your configured automatic reminder sequence will trigger and chase the customer on your behalf — no manual intervention needed.
No. On the Pro plan you can have as many active recurring schedules as you need — one for every regular customer if required. There is no cap on the number of schedules or invoices generated.
Yes. When you set up a recurring schedule you can choose to run it indefinitely, stop it after a set number of invoices (for example 12 monthly invoices for a one-year contract), or set a specific end date. You can also pause or cancel a schedule at any time.
